Involvement and Intelligence (Family life, Practical learning, Teamwork)

Having finally concluded that watering the garden on my own each day was impractical, I purchased a digital timer and some irrigation hoses before we plant anew.

Rather than do it myself, though, I got her involved during commercials of a show she was watching, so she could get more experience working with tools and figure out the connections. It’s valuable, I think, to be handy, plus it adds to one’s general intelligence. Besides, I believe in family pitching in together to create an inviting home space.

This evening, it came on right at 8pm for our test trial, and we were both very excited. We might just have a beautiful garden on an ongoing basis now.
